Owners Portal
- Owners can access their monthly accounting statement through the online owner’s portal at anytime. Statement will include rents received, deducted management fees and any other expenses.
- Owners can contact their account manager for copies of any work orders or invoices.
- Rooftop will post updated statements by the 15th of each month.

What does a property manager do for you?
Prior to listing property:
- Pre-marketing property inspection and repair recommendations
- Rental analysis
- Coordinate agreed upon repairs with vendors
- PM agreement and W9 signed
- Obtain keys and remotes from owner
- Obtain home warranty and insurance information from owner
- Photos
- Lockbox
- Sign install
- Rooftop information signage in property if vacant
- Print flyers, including tenant information and pet screening flyer and place in property

Active rental listing/applicant screening:
- Reach out to prospective tenants
- Complete application screening(s)

- Print a property condition report
- Lease signing folder – include move in charges summary sheet, lease, property condition report, magnet, welcome basket

Lease term/end of lease
