Rooftop Realty began with a simple belief: property management should feel personal. We're a licensed, local team managing a curated portfolio of homes across Southern Nevada.
Our story
In 2016, our founder Eleanor was managing a few rentals for friends who'd moved out of state. She kept hearing the same thing: "I just wish someone local could handle all of this for me."
That turned into Rooftop Realty. A decade later we've grown to 100+ homes under management — but we've stayed deliberately small. Every owner has a named contact, every tenant knows our team, and every home is inspected in person.
We believe good management is quiet work: showing up, doing what we said we'd do, and treating each home as if our name were on the deed. Often, it is.
